Tevell Rose


Tevell Rose of The Magic Of The Rose is a humorous and talented magician who has appeared on television shows such as It?s Magic, WGN?s Bozo Super Sunday Show, WTTW?s Wild Chicago and Channel 7 WLS 10 O?clock News and has been recently featured in the upcoming television production ?The African American Masters Of Magic? produced by Ice Storm Entertainment Group.

Tevell has been  a full time professional magician since 1992.  He has performed for audiences all over the world for such organization as McDonald?s Corporation, Starlight Foundation, WGCI Radio Chicago, CDW, University of Chicago, Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, Chicago Cubs Baseball, U. S. Cellular, Chicago Bulls Basketball, Dave and Busters of Chicago, Ravina Festival, Kraft Foods and Chicago Bar Foundation just to name a few.   

As busy as Tevell has been in his professional life he has been equally committed to his community. He has served as a Deacon at Gethsemane M. B. Church since 1999,S as well as working with organizations like Mt. Sinai Hospital, Jr. Achievement, Phoebe?s Place, and Chicago Park District which lead to him receiving the 2006 Archbishop James P. Lyke African American Male Image Award.

Tevell is truly a man for all seasons and stands ready to bring his magic touch to Indy Magic Monthly.
